Operator XR had a fast few months: a new partnership with a global defence prime, a first deployment with a NATO member's armed forces, and a record quarter for the platform.
New partnership: Thales Australia signs on
In June, Operator XR signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Thales Australia to jointly pursue defence, security and law enforcement training programs. The relationship runs both ways. Thales can lead with its global reach and systems scale; Operator XR can lead with training technology already fielded with front-line agencies.

Europe opens up
First Nato win
We are excited to have a division from the Swedish Armed Forced onboard and using Operator XR.
Operator XR secured its first European contract this year, deploying the OP-2 tactical training system to a Swedish Armed Forces end-user through distribution partner Promoteq i Sandviken AB. Our first sale in Europe and our first deployment with a NATO member's armed forces. We backed it up on the ground at Enforce Tac in Nuremberg and ITEC in London, running live demonstrations for contacts from 20 countries now active in our pipeline.
Record quarter for Operator XR
Cash receipts for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 rose 62% year-on-year to $5.6 million AUD, and annual recurring revenue reached $7 million AUD, up 67%. Operator XR also closed its first Mixed Reality (MR-1) sale to the US Department of Defense, a $5.6 million AUD program with partner Endurance Group.
